Ivanity’s MD Coverage Program helps eligible Texas aesthetic providers establish the physician oversight and delegation structure needed for approved aesthetic and wellness services.
Following credential review and acceptance, members receive access to physician-approved protocols, standing orders, required chart review, clinical resources, and ongoing practice support.
Enrollment is application-based, with priority given to providers who have completed training through Ivanity Education.
• Have completed appropriate training for the services requested
• Maintain an active and unrestricted professional license
• Carry applicable professional liability insurance
• Use an approved charting and documentation system
• Practice from a professional treatment location
• Maintain current consent forms, policies, and treatment records
• Obtain products and medications from approved sources
• Follow required patient-evaluation and Good Faith Exam workflows
• Are willing to participate in ongoing chart review and quality oversight
• Agree to provide only the services approved in writing
Priority is given to graduates of Ivanity Education because we are familiar with the curriculum, safety standards, and clinical foundation provided through our training programs.
Providers trained elsewhere may still apply. Additional documentation, competency review, mentorship, or Ivanity Education training may be required before approval.

Tier ONE
ESTHETICIAN COVERAGE $199 Designed for licensed estheticians and cosmetology professionals who have completed applicable training and are seeking physician-directed coverage for approved medical-aesthetic skin services.SERVICES THAT MAY BE INCLUDED:• Microneedling without PRP or PRF
• Physician-delegated medical microneedling
• Approved medical-grade chemical peels
• Other non-injectable medical-aesthetic skin treatments submitted for reviewCOVERAGE INCLUDES:
• Physician delegation for approved services
• Standing orders and clinical protocols
• Chart review and compliance oversight
• Good Faith Examination support, when applicable
• Signed Physician Coverage Verification certificate
Tier TWO
INJECTOR COVERAGE $299
Designed for eligible medically licensed aesthetic providers who have completed injectable training and are requesting coverage for foundational aesthetic injection services.INCLUDES APPROVED TIER 1 SERVICES, PLUS:
• Neurotoxin treatments
• Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
• Hyaluronidase associated with approved filler services
• Lipolytic injections
• Other foundational injectable services submitted for reviewCOVERAGE INCLUDES:
• Physician delegation for approved services
• Standing orders and clinical protocols
• Chart review and compliance oversight
• Good Faith Examination support, when applicable
• Signed Physician Coverage Verification certificate
Tier tHREE
ADVANCED COVERAGE $499
Designed for experienced, medically licensed aesthetic providers who have completed advanced, procedure-specific training and are requesting physician-directed coverage for a broader range of aesthetic and wellness services.INCLUDES APPROVED TIER 1 AND TIER 2 SERVICES, PLUS:
• Biostimulatory injectables, including PLLA and CaHA
• Advanced dermal filler procedures
• PDO thread treatments
• PRP and PRF aesthetic procedures
• Scar subcision
• IV hydration and approved injectable wellness treatments
• Medically managed weight-loss services, including approved GLP-1 programs
• Other advanced aesthetic or wellness services submitted for individual reviewCOVERAGE INCLUDES:• Physician delegation for approved services
• Standing orders and clinical protocols
• Chart review and compliance oversight
• Good Faith Examination support, when applicable

Coverage Built Around Your Practice
Custom coverage options may be available for mobile phlebotomy services and practices enrolling multiple providers. Services, locations, credentials, and pricing are reviewed individually, and each provider must receive approval before coverage begins.

Approved members practice under a documented physician-directed delegation arrangement for the services authorized within their individual coverage tier.STANDING ORDERS AND CLINICAL PROTOCOLS
Members receive access to physician-approved standing orders and clinical protocols applicable to the services included within their coverage.CHART REVIEW & COMPLIANCE OVERSIGHT
Ongoing chart review and compliance oversight help ensure that patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical practices remain consistent with program requirements and approved protocols.GOOD FAITH EXAMINATION SUPPORT
When applicable, members receive support with the Good Faith Examination process required for their approved services and practice structure.PHYSICIAN COVERAGE VERIFICATION
Once enrollment is approved and activated, members receive a signed Physician Coverage Verification certificate documenting:
• Member name
• Professional credential
• Physician-directed practice authorization
• Coverage tier
• Approved primary practice location
• Effective date
• Expiration date
• Supervising physician information
Coverage verification remains valid only while the member maintains active enrollment and remains in good standing with the Ivanity MedSpa Physician Coverage Program.Get In Touch
